Terms Of Service
Customers who employ the services of Computer Repair & Care agree to these terms and conditions, any work is taken on the basis that customers have read and agreed to our terms of service.
Parts & Service
All goods will remain the property of Computer Repair & Care until any outstanding monies are paid in full. Full customer ownership will pass to the customer once payment is cleared to our bank account, we do not allow any parts or services to be paid by installments or credit agreements.
All replacement Parts carry a 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated from the date of purchase, this excludes labor charges. Any faulty parts fitted by Computer Repair & Care will be replaced free of charge but a labor charge could be incurred if parts require removal and re-fitting buy us, this is at our discretion.
Any parts returned to us which remain under warranty and are found to be a software fault rather than a hardware fault will be charged at a fixed rate of £45. Any parts returned to the company under the terms of the warranty and the fault found to be caused by the customer will be charged at a rate of £45 + the additional charge of any replacement parts needed to repair your computer.
It is the responsibility of the customer to supply all software and other items that were originally supplied with the part(s)in order to return the goods under the warranty agreement. Failure to do so could affect the warranty claim as manufacturers often demand ALL parts returned. We can not be held responsible for loss of these parts.
We will NOT be liable under any circumstances for the loss or damage to software programs or data during the repair or upgrade of any of the customers Computer or equipment. It is the customers responsibility to make sure they have backed up of all their data before any work commences. We will, when instructed by the customer assist with the backup and protection of customer’s data at the customer’s request which is chargeable depending on the amount of data. We will ONLY backup data when instructed or if it is part of a data recovery service.
Warranty will be void if any parts are tampered with in any way outside the manufacturer’s guidelines or damaged by the customer.
We can not be held responsible for any delays in replacing parts returned under the terms of the warranty but all reasonable attempts will be to replace the parts as soon as possible.
Software installations such as installing Windows or any other software come with no warranty.
Virus & Malware Removal
If for any reason the same virus or malware infection that was detected on initial investigation is reported to us within 3 days from the customer collecting from us, then we will re-investigate this further without charge. If necessary, we may have to involve 3rd party virus software to assist in its detection and removal of the infected computer. Failure to report this re-infection to us within this time limit will result in a further full repair fee being charged for virus removal, This is at our discretion.
Payment for goods, services & collection
All customers who employ the services of Computer Repair & Care agree to be bound to these terms and conditions and agree to pay all outstanding balances incurred.
If customers do not collect equipment within 7 days of being notified of collection then we will require payment before collection over the telephone and also we will charge storage fees of £2 per day. If no communication is received after 1 week we are within our rights to dispose of any equipment.
Failure to advise us of going on holiday without any communication will incur storage fees at £2 per day and will be added to the final invoice, by agreement we can hold items but we can charge for storage at the quoted rate of £2 per day.
We will keep uncollected items for a maximum of 2 weeks from the invoice date. If after this term any items that are not collected will be recycled or disposed of. All personal data is removed from property and securely destroyed . Any outstanding money owed will remain due and we will use all necessary action to recover any debts.
We reserve the right to pass any unpaid accounts/debts to a third party debt collection agency. If we find it necessary to do this we will add an administration charge of £50. There may be further charges added by the collection agency. By accepting our terms and conditions you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and accept these charges.
All prices are in pound sterling, we are not VAT registered so the price is final.
Payments accepted can be Cash, bank transfer or debit card in person or over the telephone. Items paid by bank transfer need to be paid prior to collection and cleared into our bank account.
We can at our discretion ask for payment prior to a repair, for any custom pc computers or substantial orders we will require a deposit payment or payment in full before ordering any parts to complete a service or repair.
Warranty on Used items ( Conditions Applies)
All used items comes with a 30 days warranty and eligible for a free repair service under warranty period or to be replaced with the same value item.
Your all warranty and Guarantee will be voided if;
-If fault occurred by any physical damage,
-If repairs done by someone other than us,
-If any part has been replaced,
-If tamper with machine or part,
-If damaged caused by item sold by someone else or other than us,
-If short circuit damaged,
-If item/part/machine/ has been used under abusive or excessive use,
all parts/items/machines will be thoroughly examined by technician or on behalf of company.
Warranty on battery and chargers
All chargers and batteries come with 30 days warranty to be replaced free of charge.
No Warranty:
There is no warranty on items sold under offer and acceptance policy or sold on specially reduced price.
Refunds
If you cancel a contract and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event within 30 days of the day we received your valid notice of cancellation.
Cancellation must be within 7 days and in writing, if goods are ordered they must remain sealed and unopened, no refunds will be given for opened items.
If any parts are ordered to complete a repair we must be advised the same day and no later than 4:30pm, if our suppliers have shipped the items ordered from their warehouse then postage costs will not be refunded but we will refund the price of the goods ordered within 30 days and by the same method made by the customer.
No refunds will be given for parts ordered to complete an agreed repair which have been fitted to a computer and a customer has collected, these parts will void cancellation due to being opened and fitted to meet a specific repair request.
Force Majeure
In this section “force majeure event” means:
(a) any event which is beyond our reasonable control;
(b) the unavailability of raw materials, components or products; and/or
(c) power failure, industrial disputes affecting any third party, governmental regulations, fires, floods, disasters, civil riots, terrorist attacks or wars.
Where a force majeure event gives rise to a failure or delay in us performing our obligations under these terms of sale, those obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
If we become aware of a force majeure event which gives rise to, or which is likely to give rise to, any failure or delay in us performing our obligations under these terms of sale, we will notify you forthwith.
Limitations of liability
We at Computer Repair & Care will take no responsibility for loss of data of any customers equipment or computer systems however small or large.
We take no liability for unforeseen faults that arise subsequent to any faults that a customer first notified us of, due to certain equipment being electrical and or having moving parts these can be subject to any other failure at any point in time.
We take every precaution in our repairs and we take ESD seriously and we ensure that we use appropriate equipment to reduce the risks of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) when working on customers equipment.
Customers agree to these conditions on employing our services and acknowledge we take no responsibility for unforeseen occurrences.
We also take no responsibility for financial loss, damages, loss of business or income.
We will not be liable in respect of any defect in the products arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or a third party, use otherwise than in accordance with the manufacturer’s or our instructions or recommendations, or any alteration carried out by you or any third party.

The processing time is a guideline only; there can be Delay Rare Occasion If Unlocking Server is under maintenance and once processed there is no cancellation

Procedure
After Receive Confirmation about unlock, you just have to insert different SIM in your iPhone and connect with iTunes. Within 10 second after connecting with iTunes your iPhone will be unlocked for LIFE TIME and ready to use, please contact us if you have any problem with unlocking. We will try our best to solve your problem.

NO FIX NO FEE
WE DO NOT offer a no fix no fee policy, however if a customer does not want to repair a computer due to the high costs imposed by a manufacturers part we charge a diagnostic fee of £45 as we believe it is not fair if a repair costs more than the customer wants to pay I.E. repair costing as much as a new laptop.
Diagnostic Fee Charge
We do not offer a NO FIX NO FEE policy, customers who employ our services agree that in any event / outcome of a repair service the diagnostic fee will be chargeable and payable before the release of any computers or equipment to the named customer.
This fee covers our time spent working on a customers computer, major retailers who spring to mind charge £50 before even looking at a customers computer.
